The Wittner Ultra is made of high grade stainless steel rope. Threaded nuts for easy installation to the Wittner Ultra tailpiece and wooden tailpieces. For Wittner Ultra tailpieces 4/4 to 1/2 size and wooden tailpieces. Refer to dimensions below to check if this product is suitable for non-Wittner tailpieces.

Good replacement tailpiece wire

Pros: Easy to fit and seems strong

Cons: It's quite thin, and so cut into the wood a bit as it turns the corner at the bottom of the double bass

Quick delivery, does what is supposed to do

Pros: Excellent delivery service. Tailpiece wire works perfectly and does what it is supposed to do
