Belcanto & Belcanto Gold
Belcanto strings use a solid steel core for the A & D and a spiral rope steel core for the G & C. Chrome covers for the A,D & G and tungsten for the C produces a set with a bright clear tone of great quality. Belcanto Gold have a multi alloy winding for the A,D & G and a Tungsten/alloy combination for the C. This produces a generally warmer sound. In addition Belcanto Gold strings are nickel free. Both sets are the same tension and can be mixed to give a customised sound. Alternatives: Evah Pirazzi Gold, Larsen Soloist Edition, Magnacore.
