Passione
Passione is a new type of gut cored string introduced in 2007 with the aim of providing a string with the complex tonal variation and warmth usually associated with gut based strings but with the stability and ease of use of a metal or synthetic cored string. 3 different tension choices mean it's possible to finely calibrate the strings to get the absolute best from any instrument. The fitting of ball ends enable the strings to be fitted to fine tuners if required. A and D have a metal core and are calibrated to match the gut cored G and C
