Pros: Bought this from "StringZone" as my main bow in 2010. Then hardly ever used it owing to purchasing a CodaBow Diamond NX which is a fantastic bow. Finally started using again when NX went for rehairing again in 2021! Still straight as an arrow and not bad to play. Balance and weight is not as suited to me as I find the NX. Now rotating with the NX as I ponder buying a GX or Marquise. But way better than the typical entry bow or cheaper carbon.
Cons: The frog tends to slip after about an hour thrashing it. Not as light and well-balanced as more expensive bows - probably not surprising. To my taste good carbon bows are better than wood but as I'm not going to flash out £5K+ for my nearest luthier to make one that is a point that will be forever moot to me.
Other: My teacher pointed out it has no "W. Dorfler" mark...strange.

Pros: A well balanced, supple bow at a reasonable price.
Cons: Bit plain to look at, and the hair tension action left something to be desired. Has made me curious, however to try other Dorfler bows.

Nice and flexible
Pros: Really flexible and responsive bow, amazing difference it makes. Mellow sounding G strings immediately.
Cons: None
Other: The rosin applied is really good, but the heel and tip of the bow does not seem to have any or very little if anything at all.
