'Tourte' Violin Shape Violin/Viola Mute

Pros: I bought these as gifts for pupils - they loved them!

Cons: nothing

Pros: It is small and unobtrusive and stays in place when not in use.

Cons: Easily lost if taken off the violin, but I remedied that by buying two because they are very inexpensive.

Pros: Easy to attach - no re stringing or difficult adjustments required. I also don't feel that I would loose it and will happily store it on the violin down by where the strings are wound. Pretty shape - looks good Great mute effect with such simple and inexpensive item

Pros: The mute looks good on my violin and performes very well.

Cons: As it is so small it is very easy to lose !

Pros: Bought this mute to double as a wolf note suppressor for the G string - sits between bridge and tail piece when not being used as a mute. Does the job!
