Pros: It settles in very fast, stays in tune within an hour of playing. The tone starts to settle as well past 3 hours.
Cons: Not really a con, but I didn’t like it before as I thought it was too bright and lack of warmth. Now I’m using a new bow which is very powerful, I found Evah Pirrazi gold is too much(especially when I try to articulate, the sound become too sharp)
Other: It’s more neutral sounding on my set up at the moment than Pirazi gold. As the tension feels less than Pirrazi, it does have a more relaxing projection, which brings a better balance now my new bow is very powerful, PI on the other hand is very responsive, I’m using the goldbrokat steel E with a pretty good result. It’s also versatile, I could play light in orchestral or chamber music, however my bow is better for solo so it’s new to me and I have to learn to play differently as I can’t afford different bow for different types of sound.

Grade 8+
Warm and resonant with a clear projection
Pros: Love the PI strings. The G took longer to break into a good sound than the D and A. The tone on my modern German violin is warm, resonant and powerful. I tried PI strings moving from Pirastro Obligatos and I much prefer them.
Cons: When moving up positions on the G string, the sound quality doesn't appear to be consistent - 6th / 7th position, but still has good tone.
