A great top-of-the-range string from Infeld
Pros: This review applies to the Infeld Pi G, D, and A strings. They have replaced Infeld Blue strings which are powerful but lacked some depth of tonal quality on my instrument. These Infeld Pi.are definitely a step up. All new strings are going to sound better than the old ones they have replaced but from what I remember these Infeld Pi have settled in much quicker and have brighter, open and ringing quality compared with the Infeld Blue. They have only been on a few hours but so far they do appear to match my violin very well.
Cons: Nothing so far. They are not cheap strings but well priced for the quality.
Other: Good service as usual from The String Zone

Pros: I bought the A, D,and G and they are all very clean and responsive. I would have no hesitation in buying them again.
Cons: Maybe they do not have quite as much character as some of the more expensive strings but they work very well

Pros: Made a nice clear sound. I have been using Red Infeld strings for a long time, and found the Peter Infeld slighter superior (although I would expect that for the higher price!).
Cons: Took a while to settle.
Other: Good quality string for the price.

Pros: The best A string I have ever used. It replaces an unwinding one in my set. Peter Infeld strings are the very best for my violin - sound somewhere between obligatos and evahs. Beautiful sweet strings, great for solo work.
Cons: Nothing for me to dislike.
Other: Usual excellent service from String Zone.
