Description
Fine tuner which is easily fitted and removed to the string between the tailpiece and the bridge. Recommended for use with all metal strings only.
This tuner can be fitted with the strings in situ and is ideal for use on small instruments.

Pros: The nickel-plated tuners have been a life-saver for those times when a student with built-in adjusters has one stop working (especially when the violin is soon going to be outgrown, so it's not worth it to replace the tailpiece). They provide a quick and easy solution for the interim.
Cons: They are a bit fiddly to attach, and tend to wobble about as they don't fit so well with the built-in tuners in situ. They also bend the string quite a lot, but other than that they do the job.
Other: The stringzone sent me the wrong adjusters to start with, but when I explained what I needed, put them on special order for me, enclosing a written note to show how they should be fitted since I hadn't used them before.
