Pros: I love this Rosin, I am new to the Cello and the rosin i was using at first brought me out in a rash but the Larsen Antiallergenic Rosin has no effect on me and is just as grippy. A great purchase and considering it is lasting so long I doubt I will need any for a long time!!
Cons: I like the simplicity of the cover but find the elastic never quite holds the contents fully in place. Can't think how it can be improved but sure it can be!
Other: Buy it you won't regret it!

Pros: An excellent rosin which grabs my Larsen strings nicely. Long lasting once applied. You should not have too much on the bow but the optimal amount comes by experience.
Cons: The packing. Cloth only rosins save one fiddling with a box and take up little room in the case. All you need is an effective elastic method of isolating the rosin from its environment. Larsen rosin fails in what seems a simple requirement.
Other: I look forward to using this rosin with Virtuoso strings when it is time to change.

Pros: Loved the way the Rosin is presented in its own black velvet style elasticated draw string pouch. Convenient and space saving in a violin case. The rosin has also worked well on my newly re-haired bow. Excellent and speedy delivery service by Thestringzone also.

I think it makes for a good clear sound.
Pros: I've just had my bow rehaired so its difficult to be sure where the benefit is coming from, but there IS benefit!! I rather think that though, for the newly haired bow l had to use plenty of rosin for the 1st week or so, that the Larsen rosin was particularly good for not clogging up the sound .
