Kaplan violin strings offer professional-level players an unprecedented combination of beauty and power in two options, Kaplan Vivo and Kaplan Amo. Kaplan Vivo delivers brilliance, clarity, and a robust feel for darker instruments, while Kaplan Amo provides warmth, richness, and flexibility for brighter instruments. Both sets settle quickly, exhibiting a rich tonal color palette and superb bow response.
Short break-in time and excellent bow response provides superb playability. Synthetic core produces a rich, powerful tone.

Pros: it really made my violin sound more "equal", meaning that none of the strings are sticking out when changing strings. My violin is a very bright one and I love having the possibility to have dark colours, and I think that this set of strings allow that a lot, while still respecting the instrument's personality. I just made it sounding better! Definitely going to come back to it :)
Cons: nothing, really...

Pros: Good clear tone and no problem with volume, nice E
Cons: The A string is rather prone to whistling, but the strings have only been on a week and probably not totally broken in. Quite high tension and not cheap.

Pros: The set sounds really balanced, not one string stands out, tonality wise, it is leaning towards dark-ish sound, the strings are pretty soft compared to my last strings which were Eva Pirazzi Gold, I would definitely say Eva Pirazzi gold is richer. They are overall very good strings, I got them hoping they sound similar to Eva Pirazzi gold but last longer, but they are quite different.
Cons: G and D are good but compared to Eva Pirazzi gold, EP gold G&D strings are much better.
