Pros: I broke 2 strings trying to move the bridge! I bought 2 replacements from the local dealer as I had a concert to play. They were RUBBISH, but the String Zone came to my rescue and by the following day I had my Jarger strings just in time! They transformed the sound of the bass and they settled down immediately. THANK YOU!

Cons: There is nothing I would want to complain about!
