A gentle cleaner and varnish reviver. The Hill recipe has been popular with players for many decades. Original recipe formulated in the workshops of the world famous firm of W.E. Hill and Sons, Bond Street, London. This polish will help to preserve the integrity of the instrument varnish and will give an attractive glow to the surface. Apply with a clean cloth and polish with a clean lint free duster until dry. 25cc glass bottle.

Good stuff, does what it says on the tin
Pros: This is a great product and does the job.
Cons: It is a little difficult getting the substance out of the bottle. I have used this product previously but this is the first time I have had this difficulty.
Other: Will still buy this product again.

Excellent .
Pros: Excellent product. My cello looks beautiful .
Cons: None
Other: Its always good to be able to ask advice from the String Zone folk . Some people think you can't put anything on the varnish but I was assured the Hill's stuff was safe and it definitely is!

Pros: Hills reviver and polish has been around a long long time and does what it says on the bottle. You will clean all of that muck of the violin and see the black deposit on the cloth. I use this stuff quite a lot.
Cons: This reviver will never leave a violin looking as good as a pro restorer can make one appear but it comes darn close.
Other: A good, easy going non abrasive cleaner for all students, teachers and players.
