GREAT CHINREST FOR THE LARGER CHIN!
2 out of 3 found the following review helpful

Pros: An excellent chinrest, fits my violin really well and is comfortable. Great for those with a larger chin, however, if you are petite (my sister tried this) you might find the rest uncomfortable if your features around the chin area do not have any natural padding. I found the rest excellent, my sister found it painful, so your stature might be worth considering before you buy this item

Cons: See above

Good quality genuine wooden chinrest
1 out of 1 found the following review helpful

Pros: Good quality chinrest made of genuine wood, feels much better than those plastic ones, and also looks much better.

Cons: Not all of them are completely perfectly made, but the Stringzone swapped mine without any problems.

A well made comfortable chin rest.

Pros: A very well made chin rest that I find very comfortable on my newly acquired 1840 French violin . [I previously fitted one on my 1900 French viola].

Cons: Nothing

Other: String Zone excellent as always!

Excellent chin rest.

Pros: Excellent chin rest, clamps either side of the tailpiece where the block for the pin sits so no risk of crushing my violin. Cheers John.

Cons: None

Elegant chinrest
0 out of 1 found the following review helpful

Pros: The shape and size of the chinrest is comfortable along the line of the chin and helpful in maintaining a stable hold on the violin. Although the colour of the wood is in some senses unimportant, it does happen nicely to match my instrument.

Cons: No particular problems. However, if the chinrest could be made with the clamp located further to the left ie; away from the collar bone, I for one would buy it.
