Excellent shoulder rest
10 out of 11 found the following review helpful

Pros: The most comfortable shoulder rest ever! Very ergonomic design, very kind to the instrument, very low (which is what I like) but also upwardly adjustable, superby value for money.

Cons: None so far!

Shoulder rest and accesories
8 out of 9 found the following review helpful

Pros: my violin is a 7/8's and it fits comfortable across the violin without slipping. The feet on the shoulder rest have a great grib and no damage on the violn. The shoulder rest is really comfortable on your shoulder also. The collapsible legs are perfect for storage.

Cons: none

Other: I have a long neck - so I have purchased accessories (longer legs and an external pouch) but from an american website. Postage was quite expensive that way. But it was definitely worth the combination

Extremely comfortable, reasonably priced
4 out of 4 found the following review helpful

Pros: This is a really good shoulder rest. Very solid and secure and unlikely to fall off. It has a large surface area and is remarkably comfortable. A really nice change from the Kun which I have used for years. Try it and see!

Cons: Nothing - it is a great find! It is SO comfortable and you can choose a colour to go with your outfit!

Fantastic product which does exactly what you want
3 out of 3 found the following review helpful

Pros: It is fantastically 'grippy' and very secure when playing. It is very comfortable to use and like nothing I remember in this regard when I used to play as a child, decades ago. I have no regrets and would recommend it to any other violin player.

Cons: I have no complaints - yeah, it doesn't fit in my violin case but that's no problem, so no cons as far as I'm concerned.

Other: Thanks very much also for the great service. Well packaged and arrived very quickly, within the week.

Great Product
1 out of 1 found the following review helpful

Pros: Well made and does the job. Price is okay. Need to mention in the description that higher fixings are available

Cons: Does effect the sound/tone on my instrument. Like a very light use of a mute. For me thats okay as it makes the tone a bit more mellow. But it may not please everone

One of the best for the price
1 out of 1 found the following review helpful

Pros: Very Good shape, one of the best for the price.

Cons: Just a little small for a large frame 4/4 violin, mine is a little bigger than average. adjustment is not as variable as some as it is by fixed hole(s) position.

Highly recommanded
1 out of 1 found the following review helpful

Pros: Collapsible is one of the reason I bought this for my daughter, like the feet that are in one solid piece, we bought many Fom ones before but the rubber of the feet splite. The Everest is also easy to put on and take off, according to my daughter it is also very comfortable while in use. I have also bought her a Everest Viola Rest which she also love using it. Wish there is a collapsible one on the viola rest, so that it could be better way to store it. I hope it would last longer than the Fom brand.

Cons: None

Best shoulder rest I have ever tried.
1 out of 1 found the following review helpful

Pros: The Everest shoulder rest is very comfortable and makes it easy to hold the violin up without creating tension in the shoulder. Several pupils have used it and all seem to find it comfortable. The new collapsible version would fit in most cases easily. It never falls off the violin while playing.

Cons: Some children find it tricky to fit this shoulder rest to the violin, though I have never found it difficult.
