Superflexible is incomparably responsive and its tone seems to literally radiate from the instrument. Braided steel core for elasticity. Durability, tuning stability and purity of open fifths are unsurpassed. Superflexible is a dependable all-round string for the discerning musician, at home with every type of bowing and in every musical situation. Superflexible also seems to restore the original beauty of tone to your instrument which other strings often tend to hide.

Review of Thomastik Superflexible violin strings
Pros: Great strings! Changed them recently and couldn't believe the difference. They keep their tone for ages. Unlike other makes, the "A" string doesn't unravel at the index finger position. Will purchase again.
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Lovely tone, particularly on the E string. Overall excellent, if a fraction less resonant than the Helicores I was using. Played in almost immediately. Well worth trying if you're after steel strings.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Great resonance to these strings. They are lasting well and so far, no signs of the "A" starting to unravelwas recommended these strings by a fellow musician (I play trad Irish). I am very pleased with Superflexible. I have used many different types of Thomastik over my 40 years of fiddle playing!
Cons: None so far!
Other: None.
