Description
Unique design in ebony, rosewood or maple with single carbon composite clamp.
A limited amount of the older, gold plated 'metal fittings' bracket version available where described.
Lateral tilt allows comfort fit. For 3/4 & 4/4 violin and violas with max depth of 50mm
Original design, hand made in solid wood. Height is the maximum height above the instrument to the top edge of the chinrest.

Pros: These are really well made chin rests in nice wood, and it's good to see ones that vary from the norm (traditional left sided).
Cons: However neither of the two sizes I got were right for my shape. I was sorry to return them.

Something for everyone in this design
Pros: This was the first time since playing over 2.5 years as an adult that I managed to find the freedom in my wrist and elbow to be able to vibrate and play expressively, with stability in shifting both up and down. Works well with the kun original. I personally wanted more height and a lower SR so i found that the kun super could actually go lower than the kun original, so ive now adopted this setup. The CR can also swivel round to an extent as the top barrel can be positioned independently to the top one, you can also adjust the tilt and position, ie more central or to the left. So happy i found this and worth a try of you are in despair like i was. My sound production has gone to new levels.
Cons: Possibly a bit of a shallow cup for those looking for a bigger scoop.
