This product provides the first comprehensive rosin system for Double Bass

For a truly 'blendable' experience, YOU ARE ADVISED TO CHOOSE 2 x CAKES from the range of recipe grades (see recipe chart) Although you can use just one individually if you feel the blending and changeable feature wouldn't suit you. From hard and crisp rosins to soft and sticky rosins. These recipes do not dry out like other rosins and one recipe would last 1-2 years with intensive playing. You can also mix them on the bow for a more customised result.

The Amber Range’s rosin recipe chart offers an almost unlimited choice of recipe grades, ranging from hard rosins (similar to cello rosins) through to recipes that are very soft and sticky, use the guide on how to choose the right recipe for your playing (See additional image).

By varying the recipe grade, Bass players can have more control over sound and response characteristics such as Grip, Traction & Powder Content.
