Pros: This is the 3rd brand of rosin I have tried for the cello. It is a bit stickier than the others and makes playing much easier. Good value.
Cons: Leaves more residue after playing than the other brands I have tried (Hidersine & Pirastro)

Pros: I have been playing the cello for many years and used several makes of rosin. This Kaplan rosin although not the best, meets my needs as a player and at a price I can afford. It works well and leaves little dust on my cello after a full orchestral performance.
Cons: None
Other: Good delivery within days

Pros: This is a really nice rosin to use, and I really like the red felt case which means you don't easily misplace it. Also this rosin doesn't easily break up!
Cons: It's not one of the cheaper rosins

Pros: Recommended to me by my teacher years ago. Have been using it since. Lovely rosin that gives enough bite to get the sound I want. Also comes in nice pouch bag.
Cons: Nothing!
Other: Very fast delivery from thestringzone. Well done.

Pros: it arrived promptly
Cons: It was the wrong one.
Other: I asked for dark not light. I didn't notice on the order confirmation but emailed as soon as I was sent the dispatch notice and received no reply.
