Formerly named 'Tartini Green' rosin made by 'Cremona in America.'
A Piacere has the exact same formula as the Tartini GREEN, which provides effortless bow control with even sound production.
Starting in spring 2020, Cremona in America will be replacing the name ANDREA with CECILIA. There is no change in the rosin formulas whatsoever.
Please note this rosin is now rebranded as Cecilia but is otherwise unchanged in its formulation.

Using "A Piacere" rosin on a Baroque Cello

Pros: It has a good grip as it says.
Cons: I am a baroque and modern cellist. Using a piacere rosin for my Baroque cello was not an extraordinary experience. It could not avoid the squeaks you get with every other powder rosin.And it was too much powder for my taste.
